*Gi: A gi is the uniform of the jiu jitsu/judo practioner. It is made from a heavy weight cotton and is easy to purchase from a number of online and/or store locations.
**NOGI: Meaning without the normal jiu jitsu uniform. Shirts/rashguards and board shorts are acceptable for nogi sessions.
